No sudden jump into full billables: Your caseload builds gradually over 6 months, working towards 20–22 billable hours per week. Maximum target is 25 per week. Earn more when you do more: Receive $50 per additional billable hour worked above the maximum billable target. Weekly supervision: Get consistent support from experienced OTs as you build confidence, clinical reasoning and independence. Supportive team around you: Join 2 Senior OTs, including the Director with 10 years’ experience, 2 Early Career OTs, 1 New Graduate OT, 2 Allied Health Assistants and 2 admin staff. Paediatric-dominant caseload: Work across a generalist mixed ages caseload, with most clients being paediatric. Community and clinic variety: The role is currently 70% community-based and 30% clinic-based, with plans to become more clinic-based next year as the team moves into a larger clinic site. Admin handled for you: Bookings and billings are managed by admin, so you can focus on learning, growing and supporting your clients. Grow your clinical skills: Receive a $2,000 CPD allowance PD leave, with future opportunities to work with clients requiring Lymphedema management.
